Cookie and Browser Storage Notice

Sign-in storage

The application stores the sign-in token and account information in sessionStorage under token and auth_user. These support authenticated requests and account display. They are removed on sign-out. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session, although session restoration can preserve it. Token validity is separately controlled by the server.

During invitation setup, pending_invite_first_name temporarily personalizes the password screen and is removed after successful setup. Browser storage is different from an HTTP cookie, although both store information on your device.

Product preferences

Product tour progress and dismissed onboarding tips use localStorage with user- and feature-specific keys. Local storage has no automatic expiry and remains until cleared or reset by the application or browser. These preferences help avoid repeatedly showing the same guidance.

Analytics and third parties

Microsoft Clarity analytics and session recording are not initialized by this website release. If optional analytics are introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated before activation. Previously stored analytics cookies may remain until they expire or you clear them.

Hosting and security infrastructure may use additional technologies according to its configuration. Contact us for the deployment inventory. Links to external sites and your email provider are governed by those services’ own notices.

Your controls

Use sign-out to remove application sign-in storage. Your browser’s site-data settings let you inspect or clear cookies, session storage and local storage for HutchHR. Clearing site data can sign you out and reset preferences. Blocking storage may prevent sign-in or essential functions from working.
