Service Providers and Subprocessors

Processing schedule

Customers should obtain the current subprocessor schedule with their Data Processing Addendum. It identifies each authorized supplier’s legal name, purpose, information involved, processing locations and relevant transfer arrangements. This overview is not a complete deployment-specific register or authorization for a new supplier.

Service components

The application integrates the following services; their use and locations must be specified in the customer’s processing schedule:

• Supabase: storage services for employee documents and leave attachments; database hosting details depend on the deployment.
• Resend: transactional email delivery involving recipient details and notification content.
• Frontend and backend hosting: request the deployment schedule for hosting entities, logs and processing regions.

Changes and enquiries

Subprocessor authorization, advance notice and objections follow the signed Data Processing Addendum. Contact us to request a schedule, receive change notices or raise a data-protection objection. No payment processor, AI model provider or meeting platform is represented here as an active integration.
