Our approach
HutchHR is designed to help organizations manage HR operations while keeping Customer Data under the Customer’s control. Customers determine their workforce data and access decisions; HutchHR processes Customer Data to provide the Service under the DPA. Product controls include authenticated, role-scoped access and audit logging where implemented.
Payroll and providers
Payroll outputs depend on employer data and approval. HutchHR does not currently submit payments or hold payroll funds. Verified service providers are listed on the Subprocessors page; that list and all transfer, security, and compliance statements require ongoing review.
